Abstract
Aiming at the problem of jellyfish detection, a jellyfish detection method based on high-resolution multibeam acoustic imaging is proposed. The sea moon jellyfish detection experiments in real environment are carried out, and the individual echo characteristics of sea moon jellyfish are analyzed. The results show that the high-resolution multibeam acoustic method is effective to detect marine organisms at the outlet of nuclear power plant.
