Abstract
This study tests the Performance of Intel chips based on Kylin and GCC environments. First of all, intel chips are deployed on domestic servers. Then Kylin, GCC's compiler, and SPEC CPU2017 are installed on the server. Finally, we execute the runcpu command to test the performance of CPU integer and floating-point operation. Our analysis shows that the performance of intel chips in Kylin and GCC environments is about 70% of that in Linux and ICC environments8. We conclude that it makes more sense to take 70% of the performance value of Intel chips posted on SPEC's web site when comparing the performance of domestic chips with intel chips because of the difference between the operating system and the compiled environment.
