Abstract
A control device for electric monorail transport vehicles based on Si1000 has been developed to improve the reliability and safety of the entire vehicle operation. This control device includes two parts: manual remote control and onboard control, which can achieve remote wireless control of the start stop, direction, and running speed of electric monorail transport vehicles. The communication distance and speed control of Si1000 were tested by simulating the terrain of mountain orchards. The test results show that the Si1000 wireless communication module can achieve a communication success rate of 100% within a communication distance of 500 meters, and can effectively control the running direction and speed of monorail transport vehicles.
