Abstract

The composition of residual gases in streak tubes has been measured. The outgassing at supply of electrical voltage to the streak tube, at heating of Cr₂O₃ layer and at glass melting were investigated. The EBI fluctuations at pressure of 2 X 10^-8 Torr and 10^-6 Torr in streak tubes were examined.
