Abstract
In the paper generally elaborates the principles of the modern interferometry, the characteristics of the converging shock wave and the digital simulated formula of converging cylindrical shock wave.On these basis, laser, lens, beam splitter and the modern interferometric technology are used to design an interferometer used to observe cylindrical shock wave and the whole process of the converging cylindrical shock wave's unstability, and to get the distinct interferogram. After the detailed analysis, discussions are given to the experimental interferogram and cylindrical shock wave's aberration which gains from the measure system and also to Mach disk induced in the test process. Finally several important conclusions about converging shock wave's triple point, random Mach number and so on, are given.
