Abstract
The technique of safety evaluation of in-service bridge is a hot research topic. Currently, most methods for load-carrying capacity evaluation for existing bridge is based on bridge investigation and loading test. These methods have a drawback of an equivocal regulation in dereferencing evaluation indicator, and an incomplete index system. On the basis of long-term deformation monitoring data as well as regular detection result of in-service bridge, in combination of the technical condition of member with information of geometry deformation and load-carrying capacity checking coefficient based on deformation monitoring data, the method for bridge bearing capacity evaluation based on deformation monitoring data is proposed in this paper tentatively. The proposed method is verified by the in-service working condition diagnosis of an existing concrete bridge.
