Abstract
As we all known that laser-phased-array system can provide an excellent means for achieving random beam steering. In this paper the crystal of the Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) will be used as the phase shifter to change the phase. According to the parameter of LiNbO3 the relationship is presented between the control voltage that loaded on LiNbO3 and phase modulation. Then, on the basis of the far field coherent combination, the relationship between the control voltage and the steering angle of the laser beam will be obtained. The numerical results are presented and have verified the theoretical analysis.
