Garbage classification treatment is an indispensable part of national ecological civilization construction and its effective implementation is greatly affected by the efficiency of the urban domestic garbage collection system. In view of the vehicle routing optimization problem with vehicle capacity constraints and time window constraints, the genetic algorithm is used to solve and optimize the established model. The best collection and transportation paths of four kinds of urban domestic garbage are obtained, which significantly shortens the distance of collection and transportation paths. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified, which provides ideas for improving the efficiency of urban domestic garbage classification, collection and transportation scheduling
Based on the maximum satisfaction of relief materials in the disaster area, this paper quantifies the emergency degree of material demand in the disaster area, and comprehensively considers the distribution of materials. At the same time, in the process of distribution, according to the actual situation of the road in public emergencies, the road driving reliability is obtained by comprehensive analysis and quantification, with the objective of minimizing the sum of distribution time, cost and road driving reliability, the optimization model of emergency material distribution path in public emergencies is constructed. Then through the genetic algorithm to solve the problem, and the case design is used for empirical analysis.
