Precision spraying technology is an important way to protect the ecological environment and promote sustainable development of agriculture and forestry production. Using Realizablek-ε Model and using FLUENT software to simulate and analyze the internal flow field of the impinging nozzle. It is found that with the increase of the spraying pressure, the velocity of the jet at the outlet increases, the closer the fluid particles are to the outlet along the nozzle axis, the more dense the fluid particles are, and the velocity and flow rate at the nozzle outlet reach the maximum at about 0.3mm away from the nozzle inlet. The research provides a theoretical basis for the parameter selection and structure optimization of the impinging nozzle.
