Abstract

An electrochemically deposited LiTa0₃ thin film and detector, a room-temperature photoconductive HgCdTe detector, a PbSnTe detector and a lead sulfide detector are described. Also mentioned are a two-color thermometer and a multi-spectral scanner which may find potential application in remote sensing.
