Abstract
Point of care (POC) immunochromatographic testing is a necessary component of emergency healthcare allowing rapid testing at, or near, the site of patient care. POC approaches can save hundreds of thousands of lives every year [1]. POC testing includes applications and integrations of complex functions that facilitate their usage in limited resource settings. The advantages offered by such system, including low cost, ruggedness and the capacity to generate accurate and reliable results rapidly, are well suited to emergence healthcare. The article shows a quick method of POC immunochromatographic testing with the help of an optopelectronic module for fluorescence, using quantum dots (QDs) of cadmium telluride (CdTe), that binding molecules with biological samples [2,4]. The article shows a quick method of characterization with help of the detection through fluorescence of binding molecules with biological samples using quantum dots (QDs) of cadmium telluride (CdTe) [2,4]. This method it uses to detect the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and it provides faster biomarkers detection with higher sensitivity and specificity. For quantitative determination through fluorescent of bio-surfaces we realized both bio-surfaces and apparatus of fluorescence and the article presents some practical results obtained from the experiments performed [4].
