Abstract
The research on risk evaluation of intelligent supply chain under food safety mode is to comprehensively analyze the coordinated risk prevention strategy of smart supply chain on the basis of seeking the inducement of food quality and safety crisis. The paper reveals the wisdom of the supply chain formation mechanism of food safety law, from the macro and micro level built seven dimensions including environment, market, supply risk evaluation index system, USES AHP - BP algorithm to determine the index weight, use of big data, such as the Internet technology to build information collaboration platform, contact food safety supply chain, Correctly identify the internal and external risks of food safety supply chain collaboration, so as to realize the intelligence of food supply chain management and the reliability of data, and fundamentally solve the food safety problems.
