Abstract
With the rapid development of aviation business in the world, the number of domestic hangar construction increases year by year. The related hangar engineering basically adopts the integral lifting construction, and its hydraulic integral lifting construction technology has been mature in domestic hangar projects. The concrete column top hoisting measures and synchronous hoisting control are the key technologies for the overall hoisting of steel grid, and they are also the key research objects. The lifting platform is set on the top of the concrete columns of the original structure, temporary lifting ball joints or temporary strengthening box joints are set on the lower strings of the grid frame and truss, and the upper and lower lifting points are connected by steel strand wires. The steel structure of the hangar hall adopts the construction idea of "in-situ assembly on the ground, overall lifting at the stage, and supplementary installation in the air". It greatly reduces the input of resources and ensures that the grid can complete the installation work safely and stably in a short time.
