Abstract
Pepper is a kind of seasoning food. In the face of the current situation of high water content, perishable and not resistant to storage of fresh pepper, a molecular sieve drying device based on PLC is developed by using PLC + molecular sieve to solve the drying problem of pepper dehydration. The practice shows that the device can well meet the process requirements of pepper drying, and has the characteristics of low power consumption, high production efficiency and easy scale and popularization.
