Abstract
Take-out business has become an indispensable part of the daily life of urban workers. According to statistics, the number of take-out riders in 2020 has exceeded 4.38 million. Facing the huge number of take-out riders in the market, budgeting its income level is a problem worth thinking about and urgently needs to be solved. In full consideration of riding safety and quality services and other factors, a reasonable design scheme of rider delivery time was developed, and a rider delivery model based on overtime penalty cost was established through order segmentation and objective function construction. Both static and dynamic order allocation commission pricing are considered as well as reward and punishment strategies that incorporate multiple factors to maximize riders' overall satisfaction. By establishing the constraint function model based on genetic algorithm, the fitness function of 27 generations is basically convergent, and the overall satisfaction of riders is the highest. Considering global extreme climate conditions, the objective function model based on extreme climate conditions is reconstructed. Through search, a feasible win-win solution is obtained. On the basis of reducing the delivery time of riders, the delivery volume is increased, the time of food distribution platform is shortened, and the cost of merchants is reduced. The VRP model is established to solve this problem, which is transformed into a problem of finding the shortest distance by replacing the unit price commission with the carrying quantity, and then the shortest distance is solved by Freud algorithm.
