Abstract
The application of RGV system not only ensures the safety, but also improves the operation efficiency. Aiming at the dynamic scheduling problem of intelligent RGV and using the first call first processing principle and the proximity principle, this paper establishes the RGV dynamic scheduling model based on tabu search algorithm, and obtains the scheduling strategy and solution algorithm in three cases: the material processing operation in one process and two processes, and the failure in material processing, Then the model is tested and the operation efficiency is calculated. It is found that this model has good practicability.
