Abstract
To solve the problem of ship living area emergency cases, the ship and offshore illumination conditions, unable to timely find the socket pin and insert for power supply of equipment, application of TIRZ design theory, triangle TIRZ analysis model is set up, the innovation design a wall-mounted recessed guided insertion neat wiring strip. The product sample processing and customer experience using experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that the plug can quickly guide the operator to insert the circular plug into the target jack, which avoids electric shock, reduces anxious groping in the dark, and greatly improves the life efficiency and convenience of the crew.
