Abstract
Aviation electro-mechanical system development process with a large number of experimental data, the use of traditional data processing algorithm is difficult to effectively utilize contains information to data modeling of system operating mode, in order to solve this problem using the intelligent fault diagnosis of intelligent data mining algorithm driven architecture, dig deeper into the historical experimental data modeling, data driven fault discrimination and trend prediction. As a sample to use machine learning algorithm for fault diagnosis of mechanical and electrical hydraulic subsystem process, using the offline to deep mining, hydraulic test data collected fault condition data model is set up and use the validation data verification, analysis of test data of abnormal trend, finally according to the actual task plan for different maintenance support decision making to ensure the safe and stable operation of aircraft electromechanical system, realize the application of data mining and PHM technology in aircraft electromechanical system, and put forward a new idea for future research work.
