Abstract
Photoelectric interferometric laser ranging method is so far at home and abroad developed earlier and has been used in the actual laser spectrum research, and it is another new physical spectrum ranging method research method. The emergence of laser detector system is also promoting the development of modern photoelectric interference ranging laser instruments at home and abroad. Laser detection instrument has a series of new characteristics, such as stronger spectral direction performance, higher brightness level, good monochromism, suitable for modern photoelectric interference laser ranging technology important detection light source. Pulse laser method ranging principle based on pulse laser measurement method is the world’s earliest industrial technology application. The phase laser rangefinder has many main advantages such as smaller volume and light weight than the measuring instrument, and the dimensional accuracy error of the measuring object is directly independent of the range of laser measurement. It can be gradually expanded from practical industrial applications to other more extensive and complex practical technical engineering fields. First of all, this paper introduces in detail the two common detection methods of laser ranging, pulse method and phase method, and especially introduces and analyzes the measurement principle of pulse phase method of laser ranging method. Through many years of phase laser distance measuring instrument applied theory analysis and research, design and manufacture a kind of high precision phase method based on CPLD technology, laser automatic range receiving system, gives the block diagram of the system of specific system model and its system of transmission of the different system modules of photoelectric receivers with computer hardware circuit diagram. The test module system structure in the main circuit components structure include frequency pulse source system and its pulse generating circuit, modulation of the laser signal amplifier and drives the laser receiving amplifier circuit, photoelectric signal receiving and analysis of detection circuit, analysis and processing of mixing amplification circuit, with more than ordinary filter circuit, the comparison of the voltage signal amplification detection circuit unit and so on. The frequency measurement system is the first time to use the differential frequency phase detection technology, reduce the frequency of the laser frequency signal measurement, shorten the differential frequency measurement period, reduce the frequency phase detection error, improve the frequency precision of the laser frequency signal measurement system. Finally, the error in the system is analyzed theoretically, and the concrete solution is given. The deficiencies of the system are analyzed and the future work is presented.
