Abstract
This paper develops a sorting robot which aims to shorten the time required for express sorting or shelf sorting, and solve the problems of low efficiency, high error rate and high labor cost of traditional manual sorting. It can quickly and accurately complete package identification and placement. The robot uploads data and receives commands through the 4G module. The robotic arm grabs and places the package, and uploads its own status and package information to the cloud platform. Data processing and information display are performed by the platform to improve the efficiency of parcel sorting, and the robot is used to replace manual labor and large-scale equipment to reduce costs. Use deep learning to process camera-collected data for barcode recognition and autonomous movement.
