Abstract
State Grid Corporation of China has built an information integration platform in an all-round way, vigorously promoted information business, effectively supported business implementation, and continuously strengthened intensive development, lean operation and maintenance management and standardized construction. The manageable and controllable technology of the system also urgently needs to keep up. At present, there are still a large number of manual operations and maintenance in the information operation and maintenance management system, which is completely inconsistent with the intensive requirements of the State Grid. Therefore, the development of automated operation and maintenance tools has become a general trend. This paper takes automation as the core, and carries out the top-level design of the function and architecture of the operation and maintenance tool. The development framework of business layer, data service layer, decision management layer and presentation layer is constructed. It is clear that the auxiliary tools need to have the functions of operation monitoring and comprehensive service, and the relevant key technical routes are clear, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of automatic operation and maintenance tools.
