Abstract
With the rapid development of high-definition video, cloud services and other emerging businesses, network traffic shows explosive growth. The survivability of optical networks has become an important issue of increasing concern. Aiming at the survivability problem of optical paths in multi-Band elastic optical networks, a routing, modulation and spectrum allocation scheme jointly considering quality of transmission (QoT) estimation and fault prediction (QAFRMSA) is proposed, and a heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithm (GA) is developed.
