Abstract
Taking the participating teams of the National Sports College Men’s Basketball League in 2021 as the research object, a mathematical evaluation system was established through the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The degree of influence of each factor was quantified and the evaluation system for the winning factors of the National Sports College Men's Basketball League was established. The results show that the SCBA league winning factor evaluation system includes six primary indicators, and each primary indicator includes four secondary indicators. The construction of this system will help the participating institutions to improve their competitiveness and provide strong support for the construction of China’s competitive basketball reserve talent team.
