Abstract

Operation box belongs to execution units of relay protection, with complex wiring, powerful function, and high flexibility. Based on two live examples, this paper focuses on the analysis of the selection of the low-pressure lockout circuit and the switch body. The hidden hazards caused by eliminating the low-pressure lockout circuit of the operation box have been inspected, and improvements have been put forward. Moreover, this paper discusses the countermeasures and the actual elimination of the power switching circuit of the operation box in the field, thus solving the hidden problem of inoperable reclose due to wrong wiring.
