Abstract
Compared with pure electric ship, hybrid ship has better endurance and redundancy; at the same time, compared with traditional ship in which diesel generators are the single driving force, it has lower fuel consumption, lower pollution, less noise and so on. In order to improve the efficiency and stability of the ship to control the hybrid drive, a control strategy which has a hybrid drive power control based on bi-directional DC-DC and the three-level SVPWM had been designed, then was simulated and analysed by MATLAB/Simulink. The results of simulation show that the utilization of energy to a certain extent was enhanced.
