Abstract
In view of the problem of inaccurate outpatient infrared temperature measurement, this paper expounds the principle of infrared temperature measurement, obtains the influence of influencing factors such as emissivity, distance, and ambient temperature on the accuracy of human forehead temperature measurement through experimental research. And the precise technical strategy of outpatient infrared temperature measurement under epidemic prevention and control is put forward, pointing out that the core is to strengthen the training of personnel in the use of instruments, so that they can understand the basic working principles and correctly set the relevant parameters of infrared temperature measuring instruments. It is further proposed that during the high incidence of the epidemic in autumn and winter, the alarm temperature value of the infrared thermal imager should be appropriately adjusted for fever patient screening. Through the investigation and research method, the sensitivity of infrared thermal imager to accurately detect and screen fever patients has been greatly improved compared with the general detection method, from 82.2% to 95.9%. The results of this paper can enable outpatient medical workers to understand the basic principles of infrared temperature measurement, and can effectively guide the outpatient infrared temperature screening.
