Abstract
Vacuum switch based on permanent magnet operating mechanism is widely used in power system. In order to keep the opening and closing time of permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker consistent, the method of controlling coil current can ensure the stability of opening and closing time of permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker. Firstly, the paper analyzes and calculates the dynamic characteristics of the opening and closing of the 40.5kV vacuum switch operating mechanism, and establishes a simulation test model. The improved hysteresis PID algorithm controller is used to detect and control the coil current and displacement characteristics of the mechanism in real time. The simulation test proves the feasibility of the controller in improving the mechanism action stability. To test the control algorithm, an intelligent controller is designed. The opening and closing experiments of the circuit breaker are carried out in different voltage ranges by selecting the energy storage capacitors with different capacities. The results show that the controller designed based on the above control principle can effectively control the travel track of the moving contact of the circuit breaker, so that the movement track of the moving contact is consistent with the movement track of the reference current curve; Under the selected coil reference current curve, the error of actual circuit breaker opening and closing action time is ≤ 0.35ms, and the dispersion can still be maintained at about ± 0.35ms under different ambient temperatures, which proves the effectiveness of adding this control system to improve the stability of action time.
