Abstract
In the event of a dangerous situation in the offshore LNG transmission system, the delivery hose will fall down rapidly after the emergency disconnection procedure is started. Design a hydraulic control slow down device, through theoretical calculation, determine the parameters of components in the hydraulic slow down device. At the same time, combined with virtual software simulation calculation, analysis of hydraulic slow drop device under different load working characteristics, for further optimization design of hydraulic slow drop device to provide reference. The results show that the hydraulic slow drop device can control the falling of the detached parts in the set speed range, and can effectively prevent the delivery hose from falling faster after the emergency disconnection. The hydraulic slow drop device has a good control effect on the falling speed of the detached load.
