Abstract
The rapid development of China's power grid construction projects has led to the gradual extension of transmission line corridors to remote and mountainous areas, where engineering construction faces more complex terrain and difficult transportation environments. Line design requires survey data from transmission line corridors as support, while surveys also need line design data as their working basis. The traditional approach requires survey and design personnel to jointly go to the site for field work, and then process the office work indoors to finally determine the design or survey data, which is not intuitive enough and can easily lead to duplicate work. This study investigates the specific survey and design requirements for various professions. This study aims to achieve main functions such as rapid layout of power tower foundations, intelligent collection of land data, comprehensive survey methods for line intersection crossings, fast investigation methods for line house information, universal positioning and layout methods by comprehensively utilizing technologies such as 3D GIS, Beidou satellite navigation positioning, and intelligent speech recognition. These functions will assist field surveys in site selection and mapping, optimize work processes, reduce repeated work, and improve work efficiency
