Abstract
In order to realize the automatic control of electronic air pressure valve, this paper establishes an automatic control system based on STM32f103c8t6 core controller. Aiming at the problems of low precision, easy "step loss" and "stall" of open-loop motor control, this paper designs a closed-loop control algorithm based on magnetic encoder, which greatly improves the control accuracy and system stability, and effectively avoids the problem of motor stall. The system also automatically adjusts the opening and closing of the air pressure valve according to the pressure value measured by the barometric pressure sensor. The experimental results show that the control system can realize the functions of automatic adjustment of multi- pipeline pressure and closed-loop self-test.
