Abstract
To meet the requirements of on-demand dispensing and precise application, improve the level of precise application of pesticides, and realize the protection of land, an intelligent variable application system with a small flow rate was designed, and an intelligent variable application controller was developed. The system can accurately measure the speed of operating machines and tools, with human-computer interaction function, can manually input acres spray volume, display real-time flow, can be real-time control according to the speed of operation. The mapping model of operation speed and dosage was established. The variable parameter incremental PID control algorithm was used to control the flow rate, and the first-order filtering method was used to filter the velocity sensor data. The experimental results show that the small-flow intelligent control system has better control accuracy and responsiveness under different working environments, which provides a reference for precise variable flow application control under the condition of small flow.
