Solar photovoltaic power generation as a new type of energy generation industry, the cost of photovoltaic project power generation has fallen by 85% since ten years, resulting in an imbalance between the supply and demand of photovoltaic modules, and the price of photovoltaic modules has risen, which has brought difficulties to the selection of photovoltaic modules. This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for photovoltaic modules based on the technology, cost, component selection and environmental impact of different components, and adopts the combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and entropy weight method to calculate the weight of evaluation indicators. Combined with the actual case of the distributed photovoltaic project on the roof of XX County, the comprehensive evaluation scores of photovoltaic module schemes are calculated according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Based on this, the project evaluation and analysis are carried out. Finally, the monocrystalline silicon cell is selected as the best component of this project, which provides technical reference for the selection of photovoltaic modules.
