Abstract
The intelligent stratified injection and production technology is one of the effective means to improve oil recovery. For the permanent stratified injection and production measurement and control system, a wide input range of downhole high temperature power module is designed to realize long-term reliable and low ripple power logging operations. First of all, the module adopts a high-frequency and efficient single-stage Buck converter and effective control mode to meet the wide input voltage and the stability of the power supply in the full load range. When the input range is 6-150V, the maximum output of 5V and 3A can be reached, and the ripple is less than 50mV. Secondly, replace the collocation of the peripheral circuit, get 3.3V, 12V output, the ripple meets the corresponding requirements, and the power supply has the ability to work for a long time at high temperature. Finally, through the design of the prototype, it meets the requirements of various indicators, and verifies the practicability and correctness of the power module.
