Abstract
The third-generation nuclear power unit has become the mainstream of construction of nuclear power plants worldwide. According to the historical operation experience, for vertical natural circulation steam generators, deposits on the upper surface of tubesheet must be removed during the outage to prevent the excessive accumulation of deposits (sludge) from triggering problems such as degradation and breakage of the tubes. Based on the HPR1000 unit BWC-97 steam generator, this paper describes high-efficiency automatic hydro-lancing equipment design scheme, including the design principle analysis, distributed control system design, hydraulic parameters calculations and other content. Field application shows that the design scheme can meet the actual needs of steam generator lancing during the outage of the HPR1000 units, and has further application value for third-generation nuclear power units.
