Abstract
Using traditional FDM 3D printing manufacturing, the mechanical properties of formed components are limited and difficult to apply in engineering projects with high load requirements. However, combining laser assisted heating with traditional FDM 3D printing technology provides new ideas for solving the above problems. This article addresses the shortcomings of traditional FDM 3D printing control technology and laser temperature control, and redesigns the control system of the 3D printer, mainly including the design of temperature control module and motion control module, to achieve intelligent control.
