Abstract
As a crucial component for controlling automobiles, the instrument panel primarily achieves information transmission through data visualization, enabling drivers to intuitively understand the current driving status. With the further development of digitization and intelligence, the design of automotive instrument panels has received widespread attention. By utilizing digital twin technology for the design and simulation of automotive digital instruments, the display and operation of these instruments have become more efficient and precise. This paper employs Java for development and Micro EJ as the development tool. Using digital twin technology, the external design of the automotive instrument is gradually improved. Based on the functional requirements of the instrument, the operation interface is optimized to enhance operational efficiency. Simulations are conducted to verify the quality and performance of the instrument. A digital simulation system for automotive instruments is established to enable virtual operations. By leveraging digital twin technology, this paper explores and practices effective methods for the design and simulation of automotive digital instruments. It has developed an efficient and precise digital instrument panel for automobiles, demonstrating the importance and practicality of digital twin technology in the design and simulation of automotive digital instruments. This provides new ideas and methods for the development of smart watches or other products.
