Abstract
If there is not enough information about investigating process,or the process is very complicated, one should use experiment statistical methods. Planned experiment is a reasonable and practical approach. The main advantage of this method lies in the fact that it allows to minimize the number of experiments,th modify all factors considered and to get quantitative characteristics with slight mistake. There are rotatable and orthogonal planned experiments. The latter is better, because it asks for only a few calculations and experiments. It is very important to work out a hierarchical diagram and software for the processing of orthogonal planned experiment.
