Abstract
The effect of the Coulomb charging energy on the time evolution of the electron occupation probability in a coupled-quantum-dot system is investigated by use the nonlinear coupled equations, derived from the Schrodinger equation taking into account the Coulomb blockade of the resonant electron tunneling.
