Abstract
The airborne recorder is the key device to store important data occurring in the answering machine responder in an identification communications. To overcome the limit of the previous recorders and store data more accurately and convenient, a new recorder is necessary to solve this problems. In this article, the whole design and operation process of the new recorder is introduced, including the software and hardware design program procedure and programming thoughts.
