Abstract
The aim of this paper is new application for de novo assembly DNA reads produced by next generation sequencers. The algorithm based on de Bruin graph is proposed, it uses both DNA strands: coding and complementary. The read errors are corrected. The repetitive sequences longer than read are correctly reconstructed in some cases. The application in client-server architecture was developed and tested on pseudo-random sequences and reads generated from genomes of model organisms.
