Profile Summary
César Augusto Garcia-Isáis received his BS degree in electronic engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de San Luis Potosi, and his MSc degree from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, in 2003 and 2009, respectively, and his PhD from the Centro de Investigaciones en Óptica (CIO), México, in 2015. In 2013, he joined in the Instituto Politécnico Nacional. His current research interests include optical metrology, optoelectronic systems, and mobile
robotics.
