Miguel Bordallo studied for a B.E. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid, Spain and received his Master of Science in Technology degree from the University of Oulu in 2005 and 2010 respectively. In 2005 he joined the Center for Machine Vision Research at the University of Oulu as a Research Assistant and in 2010 became a Research Scientist. Since 2007 he has been teaching the undergraduate course on DSP programming. His current research interests include image stitching, multi-frame reconstruction, multimodal mobile user interfaces, GP-GPU computing, and energy efficient embedded computer vision. He has authored several scientific publications.
