High crystallinity of PEA2(Rb1-xCsx)2Pb3Br10 perovskite films are successfully fabricated in order to improve the surface coverage of perovskite film induced crystallization by low pressure flashing method in the spin-coating process. Due to this formation method for PEA2(Rb1-xCsx)2Pb3Br10 perovskite thin films, we were able to improve electroluminescence (EL) properties of hybrid perovskite blue light emitting device. The improved perovskite thin film can be achieved by one step spin-coating which can provide crystallization in vacuum environment under the concentration of solution-processed PEA2(Rb1-xCsx)2Pb3Br10 unchanged to promote the grain growth.The perovskite film produced by low pressure flashing method can improve the property and stability of devices.
