Abstract
Taking the mechanical equipment in the stone processing industry in southern Fujian as an example, this paper solves the practical problems such as the deformation of the outer protective devices caused by extreme working conditions of mechanical equipment. This article proposes several design schemes for large-area and load-bearing sheet metal parts, and applies simulation analysis method to study the deformation variables of each scheme. The result shows that the deformation problem of the outer protective device of the stone processing equipment has been solved in this optimization plan, which can provide reference for the improvement of similar products.
