Abstract
With the expansion of equipment scale and the improvement of installation accuracy, the conventional installation method of large-scale lithium-ion copper foil industrial park is difficult to meet the needs of development, resulting in poor installation effect. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of fine-tuning large-scale lithium-ion copper foil industrial park equipment by combining BIM and false axis method. According to the pipeline arrangement, BIM model is constructed; The characteristics of influencing factors of installation and maintenance are calculated, normalized, the weights of installation and maintenance factors are reasonably distributed, the consistent inspection values are analyzed, the factors of equipment installation and maintenance in large-scale lithium-ion copper foil industrial park are determined, and the installation steps are designed to realize the equipment installation in large-scale lithium-ion copper foil industrial park. The experimental results show that the installation and equipment maintenance time of this method is short, the failure times of all kinds of equipment are zero, and the installation deviation distance is below 0.1cm, which has high stability and accuracy.
