Abstract
The scheduling problem of workshop production process is an important research object of intelligent manufacturing. In this paper, the idea of introducing reverse learning is integrated into NSGA-II algorithm, and an improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm based on reverse learning is proposed to solve the P-FJSP problem, which is easy to prematurely converge to the local optimal solution. It is especially suitable for the production scheduling problem of large quantities and batches, and it is also proved that the algorithm can be well applied to the production line scheduling system.
