Based on the basic concept of digital twin and combined with the optimization idea of feedback iteration, a digital twin parameter model optimization method is proposed, in which three parts are included: parameter model acquisition, parameter model evaluation and parameter model optimization. Taking the electromechanical product shield screw conveyor as an example, the evaluation results of the conveying quality and deformation data obtained from the simulation of the screw shaft are used to determine whether feedback iteration is needed, and the feasibility of the product digital twin model optimization method is completed and verified.
