Affected by the north of the Jianghuai cyclone on November 17,2020, a rare rain and snow freezing weather occurred in Jilin Province, which is the largest and widest range of rainstorm, snowstorm, freezing rain and gale disaster weather since its own meteorological records. This paper provides a reference and basis for future power grid planning, design and operation, and maintenance of disaster prevention and mitigation by analyzing the causes of this weathering process and its impact on power grid operation.
