In order to study the transformation and upgrading capability of high-tech enterprises and formulate the transformation and upgrading countermeasures, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of transformation and upgrading capability of high-tech enterprises according to the strategic environment and operation characteristics of high-tech enterprises, and designs and implements the investigation scheme. By Using the method of factor load analysis, this paper looks for the important factors, more important factors and general factors that affect the transformation and upgrading ability of high-tech enterprises. At the same time, the variable contribution rate model is used to further realize the overall analysis of the transformation and upgrading path of high-tech enterprises, so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating the transformation and upgrading countermeasures of high-tech industries. At the same time, by using variable contribution rate model, this paper realizes the overall analysis of the transformation and upgrading path of high-tech enterprises, and provides scientific basis for formulating the transformation and upgrading countermeasures of high-tech enterprises.
