The interferometry imaging system based on photonic integrated planar photoelectric detection technology meets the demand for photo detectors because of its small size, light weight, small power consumption, easy processing and testing. And its resolution is not limited by the aperture size of a single lens. It is an emerging technology. For the image recovery problem of photon integrated interference imaging system, image recovery technology research is conducted. A compression sensing-based photon integrated interferometry imaging image recovery technique and an optimal tiny lens array arrangement design based on image residuals is presented. Through computer simulation, The results show that the image reconstruction method based on the compressed sensing algorithm reduced its RMSE by 90% and improved PSNR significantly. It improved the quality of image recovery.
